According to AceShowBiz, the new Selena Gomez album, A Year Without Rain, has a connection to Britney Spears since the Gomez track “Whiplash” was written by Britney. Despite how Spears isn't known for songwriting, it appears that Britney has her own style when approaching lyrics, according to songwriter Heather Bright who penned the track "Trouble For Me" on Femme Fatale "She's honest," said Bright. "And she treats her writers and producers with respect and dignity."
