Selena Gomez and the Scene performed “Love You Like A Love Song” at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. Selena who also won plenty of awards took the time to entertain the guest and viewers at home. You will find the video of their performance at the bottom of this post.
Selena has been busy with her own tour, so it was nice that she was able to have a somewhat slower night in terms of performing. She won at least 4 awards, which is pretty great for her. Perhaps the biggest award of the nigh was her being named the hottest girl and her boyfriend named the hottest guy. I’m sure that made both of them feel like a million bucks. It is a big honor for both of them, which in way labeled them the “hottest couple of LA“. It was just a nice way to sweeten up their big night.
How do you feel about her performing at the show? I thought it was nice, but it also helped fill in her tour of sorts. But I do doubt that missing one night of singing would have ruined her tour. Her tour is pretty full as it is and one night of vocal rest would have been good for her. However, I suppose her performance was not the big highlight of her night. The awards were the big event in itself and rekindled her friendship with Demi Lovato as well. That was the best thing that happened that night, I do believe.
