According to Time magazine, Justin Bieber is one of the most influential people of the year, the same year that Bieber became of age to drive a car. Bieber shares the Time list with such influential figures as Oprah Winfrey, Sting, Michelle Obama, and John Lasseter of Disney animation. After the Time list was released, CBS News reported that Usher, who discovered Justin Bieber, revealed that Bieber "was born a star. He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it."
