Taylor Swift may be one of the biggest singers in the world, but there is one thing that will bring her crashing down — people talking about her online!
Taylor Swift is worth millions of dollars, has tons of fans worldwide and was blessed with amazing musical talent, but that doesn’t mean she’s exempt from low self-esteem. The 21-year-old singer opened up recently to CMT Insider about her confidence Kyrptonite.
“I don’t have thick skin,” Taylor said, explaining why she cannot search herself online. “If somebody says something mean, it WILL hurt my feelings. Anything bad that I read about myself, I’m just like … [fakes sobbing].”
Taylor said she gets frustrated when stories are written about her that aren’t 100% accurate.
“No, you can’t Google yourself or your self esteem will just go like that,” she said, motioning her hand downward. “You’ll read something that’s not true or you’ll read just like a little fact that’s like a little off base and you’ll be like, ‘Nobody knows what’s really going on! Like, what’s going on?’”
